Use it to thicken sauces, gravies, soups, stews, puddings, custards and desserts.
As a baking ingredient, it makes pie crusts, biscuits and cookies light and chewy.
When added to batters it makes snacks crispier.
Mix it with cold water and then stir it into the dish till it thickens.
