Top Op Bay Leaves
Due to its distinctive flavour and fragrance, dried bay leaves are used extensively in cooking throughout the world. They are used in soups, stews and vegetarian dishes. Bay Leaves are often used whole during the cooking process but removed shortly before serving. They are an important ingredient in both the whole and powdered forms of Garam Masala.
Description
Dry bay leaves. Add to soups, gravy, casseroles, stock and curry whilst simmering, for extra flavour. Remove the leaves before serving.
